At BeDose, we attach particular importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains which data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data collected
We only collect strictly necessary data:
- Pre-order: last name, first name, email, postal address, phone (optional), selected pack.
- Contact form: name, email, message.
- Newsletter / color vote: no data.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (for anonymized analytics).
No payment is processed at this stage: we do not collect card numbers or bank details. Payment will be handled later by a PCI-DSS certified provider upon shipping.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Managing your pre-order and related communication, contract performance / pre-contractual measure.
- Replying to your requests via the contact form, legitimate interest.
- Sending launch updates (newsletter, color vote), consent.
- Audience measurement and site improvement, legitimate interest.
4. Retention
- Pre-order data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years for prospecting, and up to 7 years for accounting records (Belgian accounting obligation).
- Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
5. Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for BeDose and its technical subcontractors (hosting, emailing, logistics), bound by confidentiality. No data is resold to third parties.
6. Cookies
The site uses a limited number of technical cookies necessary for its operation, along with anonymized analytics tools. No advertising cookie is placed without your consent.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as to set directives for their fate after your death and to withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorized access (secure hosting, encrypted exchanges, restricted access).
